The strategy is to balance legal rigor with the science, philosophical, and environmental aspects, of the Earth’s status as a living being. Sponsoring lawsuits that serve as a catalyst for public debate and restoration of Earth’s legal status.

- Craft and file legal arguments showing damages by corporations: Arguments that can be brought before a court whereby it will be argued that the Earth is entitled to monetary and injunctive relief.
